The classes offer a really fun activity to enjoy woth your baby whilst offering benefits for both mother and baby at the same time.  Choose either the Baby Yoga activity class if your baby is between 2 and 9 months or the Active Baby Yoga activity class if your baby is between 9 and 18 months.  

 

Classes are run by Jessica McKenna (Senior Yoga Teacher). YTAA & Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Instructor who has been trained in the specialist skills required for Baby Yoga

 

Baby Yoga classes are offered at Sprowston Diamond Centre,School Lane,Sprowston, Norwich

Jessica McKenna is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
