Active Baby Yoga 12:15pm
(9 - 18 Months approx.)
Classes are fun yet gentle. This is precious time to have some real quality time with your little person. As a busy mum you have the opportunity to reconnect back with your body and your breath. A little movement, stretching and strengthening. Gentle moves for baby to help co-ordination, brain development, sleep and mood. You even have the opportunity to rest and recharge at the end of the session during a guided relaxation where your baby can if you choose socialise in the centre of the circle with the other babies and me enabling you to truly pause.
